I feel i have to write some feedback on my recent purchase from DivingDirect, i used ebay to purchase a set of fins but as I live i Jersey ebay class us as international as we are an offshore island. This caused a lot of problems with administration and postage etc as ebay were not forthcoming. Chris and his team from DivingDirect stepped up and were magnificent in every way, i only spent £17.00 but let me tell you, you thought i was spending £10,000 with the service i received. Expertise, hospitality and just pure excellent customer service enabled me to make my small purchase. I live in Jersey in the Channel Islands a haven for Divers of all grades and let me tell you they will all hear about Chris and the team from DivingDirect.Well done Chris and thank you, you will be hearing from me again....
