The “Perfect Drysuit”, does it exist?
Unfortunately the same dive, in the same suit, does not create the same fairy tale from different divers.
It was a perfect dive, BUT...
- I am too cold on my tummy and thighs.
- I feel uncomfortable with all that underwear.
- I hate the chocking feeling of the neck seal.
- I have problems evacuating air in my underwear.
- I overheat before the diving starts.
- I could hardly zip up with all that bulk.
- I get so damp and cold at the end.
The challenge for us at Waterproof was, how do we solve all those problems?
It took Waterproof three years of problem analysis, material sourcing and three years of intense testing to find the answer to the perfect Drysuit, the patented D1Hybrid.
The first existing Insulated Constant Volume Dry Suit, and the features are beyond expectations. D-1 features Silicone Seals and a genius fixed inner 3D-Mesh lining. The two outer layers are kept apart by nylon springs, like in a bed mattress.
A quarter of a century after launching their first wetsuit, Waterproof, the renowned Swedish neoprene protection manufacturer unveiled the new D1 HYBRID drysuit at DEMA 2010.
The D1 is a brand new concept drysuit system that promises to revolutionise this key piece of diver protection. The 3-D Mesh is constructed like a bed mattress.

It's all a matter of distance and to keep the insulating air between you and the cold water.

After a dive it dries out faster.
The constant distance and unrestricted airflow provided by Waterproofs 3-D Mesh inner lining will keep the condensated moisture away from your body.
As a result you will feel dry and warm. The 3-D Mesh lining does not absorb any liquid and will stay dry.
The 3-D Mesh has exceptional resistance to pressure.
It provides real pressure distribution and keeps the distance constant to the outer shell.
This virtually eliminates squeeze.

No two bodies are the same shape, despite similarity in measurements or weight, everybody is unique. A size chart gives only a rough estimation of where to start looking.

Returns Policy / Faulty Products
Denney Diving is committed to providing the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective. If any product is found to be faulty or have defects upon delivery, You will be entitled to a free of charge replacement or full refund (including postage fees incurred) within 30 days of receiving product. If a product is returned to us, and following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect or fault, we will return the product to you. All returns must first be authorized by either telephone or e-mail, after which you will be given a returns number which must be quoted with all returned goods. Any goods returned for either exchange or refund can only be dealt with after a authorization number has been issued.
Returning unsuitable or incorrectly sized goods
If a product you purchase from us turns out to be unsuitable or the incorrect size for you, we will provide a free of charge replacement or full refund, provided they are returned in a new & unused resalable condition within 7 working days of the date of receiving your order. When returning goods to us, the customer will incur any postage fees. If we arrange to collect the goods for you, the cost of our postage to do so will be deducted from the refund. Please note that we do not refund postage for unsuitable or incorrectly sized goods.
You may cancel your order within 7 working days to receive a full refund. To cancel all, or part of your order, You must first contact us by either telephone or e-mail, after which you will be given a returns number which must be quoted with all returned goods. A full refund will be provided within 7 working days of cancellation.

We try to dispatch most orders the same day if received before 4pm (Monday-Friday)
On the odd occasion we may run out of stock of certain products, but normally have more stock arriving every few days.
If a product ordered is out of stock, we will contact you asap to let you know of any shortage.
On certain occasions we may not be re-stocking / discontinuing an out of stock item ordered, and on this occasion we will contact you to let you know and either offer an alternative or cancel for a full refund.
If we have mistakenly under priced an Item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item for you.
